I often use Cognitive Processing and Mindfulness-Based therapy in my practice. These modalities combined are cognitive therapy techniques with mindfulness meditation to help individuals manage negative thought patterns.

This approach promotes focus, self-awareness, and emotional regulation, which improves symptoms of anxiety, depression, low mood, chronic pain and medical illnesses.

Insurance
